Should you attend the inspection

We strongly urge our clients to attend the inspection to fully benefit 100% from all the information given at the inspection. Please write down any concerns you may have about your home and bring them up prior to the inspection. Ask questions during the inspection as you follow the inspector around the house. This way, you will learn more about the condition of the home, how its systems work, and how to maintain it. You will also find the written report easier to understand if you've seen the property first-hand through the inspector's eyes.
